If you're not on the gallery / using still pictures to improve

At Athletic events there are track and sometimes three field events going on at the same time.Its impossible to get everyone.On Sunday a parent asked me to get a specific event , which I did . This will often be possible.Just ask me , preferably by message prior to the next event;ask me if i'm going.I do not put every single picture on as some are very similar of the same person and on some occasions I dont think they look good enough.If you're pulling a funny face that makes you look different to normal its usually because of the effort you're putting in.These pictures may be useful to athletes and coaches to look at technique even though they may not want to buy one to put on display at home.
Finally its useful for some to examine body shape (mechanics) in your pictures to improve performance or prevent injury.I spotted some foot planting that could eventually result in minor injuries if not corrected.Theres one case of very bad supination , quite a few overpronators and one foot planted at almost 90 degrees which will put considerable strain on the joints if thats a habit.If you are one of these make sure your footwear is correct ;use gait analysis machines such as the one in Sweatshop in Hyde before buying footwear.Use your club medical back up if you have one or consult a podiatrist.(Salford uinv have a clinic ) it can often be easily corrected.
